Mix with onions, garlic, lime juice, oregano, chilies, cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste. The serranos vary in heat, so add accordingly. Heat the oil. Fill and roll the tortillas with the shredded chicken, hold closed with toothpicks. Deep fry until crisp and drain.
