MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chalupas Mexicanas Categories: Mexican, Tortillas, Beef, Cheese Yield: 4 Servings SALSA: 250 g Green tomatoes 2 Green peppers 1/2 md Onion 1 cl Garlic Salt and pepper CHALUPAS: 250 g Beef meat, cooked and sliced 1/2 kg Corn tortillas Salsa Lettuce Fresh cheese To prepare the salsa you need tomatoes, onions, garlic, green peppers, salt and pepper. Fry the tortillas, put the sliced meat on top of them and cover with the salsa. To serve, top with grated cheese and lettuce leaves.
