MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Mexican Holiday Soup Categories: Soup, Stew Yield: 4 Servings 1 tb Olive oil 1 md Onion -- chopped 2 cl Garlic -- minced 28 oz Tomatoes 20 oz Frozen corn 4 oz Green chiles -- chopped 1 Boneless skinless chicken - breast halves -- cut into - 1" chunks 2 c Chicken broth 2 c Water 1 ts Dried oregano Salt -- to taste Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until translucent, about 10 minutes. Drain liquid from tomatoes into the saucepan and chop tomatoes well. Add tomatoes to the pan with remaining ingredients.
