Combine barbecue sauce, taco seasoning, and water in Medium saucepan or Microwave bowl. Slowly bring to a boil. Add finely diced cooked pork. Stir to coat. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes or Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on Medium. Stir occasionally. Arrange lettuce, cheese, cucumber, radish, and olive slices on large platter. Spoon pork mixture, salsa, and guacamole in individual bowls. Heat flour tortillas in foil in oven. Each person assembles his own.
