MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Cemita Sandwiches Categories: Breads, Pork, Chilies, Herbs, Cheese Yield: 8 servings 8 Seeded hamburger rolls 1 c Papalo leaves * 8 oz Can Chipotle chiles in - adobo 1 Ripe avocado; peeled, pitted - sliced 1 lb Cooked carnitas or chorizo 1 lb Mexican Oaxacan cheese; - shredded To make the sandwiches, take a roll and slice it in half. Lay the avocado slices on each half of bread. Pile high the meat, cheese, chipotles and papalo on one half of bread, place the other half on top and enjoy! * Papalo can be found at most Mexican markets.
