MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Soft Fish Tacos Categories: Seafood, Greens, Breads, Herbs, Citrus Yield: 5 servings 4 c Coleslaw mix 1/3 c Tartar sauce 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Ground cumin 1/4 ts Pepper 1 1/2 lb Tilapia fillets 2 tb Olive oil 1 tb Lemon juice 10 Corn tortillas (6"); warmed MMMMM--------------------------OPTIONAL------------------------------- Cheddar cheese; shredded Tomato; chopped Avocado; sliced In a large bowl, toss the coleslaw mix, tartar sauce, salt, cumin and pepper; set aside. In a large nonstick skillet, cook tilapia in oil and lemon juice over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
