      Title: No-Fuss Avocado Onion Salad

      Yield: 12 Servings

      3 md Ripe avocados; peeled,
           - pitted, thin sliced
      1 lg Sweet onion; halved, thin
           - sliced
    1/3 c  Olive oil
    1/4 c  Stone-ground mustard
      2 tb Lemon juice
      1 tb Honey

  Arrange avocado and onion slices on a large platter. In a small
  bowl, whisk remaining ingredients; drizzle over salad. Serve
  immediately.
