MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Migas (Tortilla Egg Dish) Categories: Mexican Yield: 4 Servings 12 Corn tortillas; cut in - bite-sized strips 5 oz Whole tomatoes; (1/2 can); - chopped 1" 1/2 sm Onion; chopped 1/2 Bell pepper; chopped 1 cl Garlic; minced 5 Eggs; beaten with oil for - frying 1 c Sour cream 1 ds Sugar Salt and pepper; to taste Oil; for frying Using a small amount of oil, fry onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and sugar; then over medium heat cook until mixture thickens. Fry tortillas in small amount of oil until crisp; drain.
