Guide recipe Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Shrimp Seafood Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tb Oil 2 cl Garlic -- minced 1 1/2 lb Large shrimp -- - peeled & deveined 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Dry white wine 1/4 c Fresh lime juice 2 md Tomatoes -- seeded and diced 1/4 c Cilantro -- finely chopped In a large cast-iron skillet or aluminum pan, heat oil and garlic over Medium-High heat. After several minutes when garlic begins to brown, add shrimp and salt. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, turning often. When shrimp turn pink and firm on the outside, add white wine, scraping and deglazing pan. Cook for 2 minutes, then add lime juice and tomatoes. Continue to heat for 2 minutes more or until bubbling.
