      Title: Grilled Huli Huli Chicken
 Categories: Chicken, Hawaiian
      Yield: 18 Servings
 
     10 lb Chicken; (3 whole)
    1/3 c  Ketchup
    1/3 c  Soy sauce
    1/4 c  Brown sugar
    1/4 c  Honey
    1/4 c  Sherry
      1 tb Sesame oil; up to 2 tb
      1    Ginger root piece; or more
           -to taste; crushed
      3 cl Garlic; crushed
           Worchestershire sauce; to
           -taste
           Sriracha; Asian chili paste,
           -or red pepper flakes; to
           -taste
      1    Lemon; juice of
 
  Brush the chicken with the remaining marinade while cooking over a
  grill. And don't forget to huli the chicken.
