When hot, put in onion and garlic. Stir-fry until onion turns brown ant edges. Add curry powder; mix. Add tuna; mix well. Turn heat to low and add green chili, ginger and coriander; mix. Check for seasoning; mix and turn off heat. Serve hot or cold.
