MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Spicy Soy Seasoning Sauce Categories: Korean, Sauces Yield: 1 /3 cup 1/4 c Soy sauce 2 Scallions; up to 3, chopped 1 cl Garlic; minced 1 ts Sugar 2 ts Korean hot pepper flakes -(gochu-garu; optional) 2 ts Toasted sesame seeds 2 ts Toasted sesame oil For a mild version, omit hot pepper flakes. Combine the soy sauce, scallions, garlic, sugar, hot pepper flakes (if using), sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
