MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Kimchi Fried Rice (Kimchi Bok Eum Bap) Categories: None Yield: 1 servings 3 Bowls steamed rice; (3 cups) 1 c Chopped kimchi 1/4 c Kimchi juice 1/4 c Water 2 tb Gochujang; (red chili -paste), up to 3 3 ts Sesame oil 1 ts Vegetable oil 1 Green onion; chopped 1 tb Roasted sesame seeds 1 Sheet of kim; roasted and -shredded Add the vegetable oil and head up a pan. Add the kimchi and stir fry for 1 minute. Add rice, kimchi juice, water, and gochujang. Stir together for about 7 minutes with a wooden spoon. Add sesame oil and remove from the heat.
