      Title: Bosnian Vegetable Stew with Pork

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Pork butt; in 1" pieces
      3 tb Shortening
      7 lg Onions
      6 lg Green peppers
     10 md Tomatoes
      1 tb Salt
    1/2 ts Black pepper
 
  Svinjski Paprikas Sa Povrcem

  Brown meat until tender in hot shortening. Add chopped tomatoes,
  peppers and onions to meat. Add salt and pepper. Let simmer over low
  flame for about 2 hours. Do not cover. Stir often. Serve with mashed
  potatoes.
