                           Feta Cheese Dressing

   1      c             Feta cheese -- crumbled
   1      c             Mayonnaise
     1/2  ts            Garlic powder
     1/4  c             Wine vinegar
     1/2  ts            Dried oregano
   2      ts            Soy sauce
   1      tb            Olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal
blade. Blend 5 seconds. Good with most salads.
