MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: My Italian Meat Balls Categories: Tested, Easy Yield: 24 Meat balls 1 1/2 lb G. beef 1 lg Onion, small diced 1/2 c Panko 3 lg Eggs 1/4 c Parm. cheese 1/4 c Romona cheese 1 tb Dried basil 1 tb Dried oregano 1 tb Italian seasoning 1/2 tb Garlic powder 1 ts Worchester sauce Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using Large scoop, make one meat ball at time and place on pam sprayed rack covered cookie sheet with sides. Place in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until nicely brown. When cool, place on sheet pan and freeze. When frozen, place individual meat balls in plastic freezer bag. Tested and approved. MMMMM
