                          Portuguese Sweet Bread

     1/2  c             Milk
   1                    Egg
   1      tb            Butter
   2 1/4  tb            Sugar
     1/3  ts            Salt
   1 1/2  c             Bread flour
   1      ts            Yeast

Put ingredients into bread machine according to manufacturer's
directions. Should you prefer this even sweeter, increase sugar to
3 tb. This makes a small loaf.
