They also happen to look and taste great in this main-dish salad. Grape tomatoes tend to be much sweeter than cherry tomatoes, but if you can't find them, feel free to use cherry tomatoes instead. In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked lima beans, tomatoes, scallions, parsley, basil, and olives. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine, then serve.
