                            BUTTER BEAN SALAD

   1      cup           butter beans -- cooked
     1/3  cup           chopped celery
   2                    eggs -- hard boiled, sliced
   4      teaspoons     chopped pimento
   4      teaspoons     parsley -- chopped
                        french dressing

Drain beans.  Chill all ingredients and combine.  Toss with generous amount of
french dressing.  Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
