* Exported from MasterCook * Tabbouleh (Boil Water) Recipe By : Cathy and Sean, TVFN Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:30 Categories : Starch Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 c Cracked bulgur wheat 1 Tomato -- seeded and diced 1 Cucumber -- seeded and diced 1 Onion -- diced 1 cl Garlic -- minced 1 Lemon -- juiced 1 tb Red wine vinegar 3 tb Olive oil 2 ts Fresh mint -- chopped 2 ts Fresh parsley -- chopped Salt and pepper Prepare bulgur wheat according to package directions or, in a large bowl pour 1 cup boiling water over bulgur wheat. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour. In separate bowl combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and garlic. Add the juice of 1 lemon. Add vinegar and oil. Toss to coat. Add mint and parsley.
