   2       c            White vinegar
   2       tb           Sugar
   1       md           Onion -- sliced
   1       ts           Salt
   1       ts           Mixed pickling spices
  12                    Eggs -- hard cooked

  Simmer all ingredients but eggs in sauce pan for 10 minutes. Put
  eggs in jar and cover with hot mixture. Refrigerate for several
  hours.
