* Exported from MasterCook * Dilly Beans (Pickle) Recipe By : Key Gourmet CD Rom Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pickles & Relishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 lb Green beans -- trimmed 1 ts Cayenne pepper 4 cl Garlic 4 Dill heads 2 1/2 c Water 2 1/2 c Vinegar 1/4 c Salt Pack beans lengthwise into 4 hot pint jars leaving 1/4" head space. To each jar add: 1/4 ts cayenne pepper, 1 dill head, and 1 garlic clove. Combine remaining ingredients and boil. Pour boiling hot over beans leaving 1/4" head space.
