      Title: Dad's Favorite Sour Pickles

      Yield: 24 servings

     36 sm Cucumbers
      1 qt Cider vinegar
      2 qt Water
      1 c  Canning salt
      1    Dill
      1    Garlic

  Wash cucumbers. Place in quart jars with two buds of garlic and
  several sprigs of dill. Combine vinegar, salt, and water. Bring to
  a boil and pour over cucumbers in the jars to with in 1/2" of the
  top.
