MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Zucchini Bread & Butter Pickles 2 Categories: Pickles, Zucchini Yield: 1 Batch 2 lb Small zucchini; unpeeled; - thinly sliced 2 md Onions; thinly sliced 1 c Salt 2 c White vinegar 2 c Sugar 1 ts Celery seed 1 ts Mustard seed 1 ts Turmeric 1/2 ts Dry mustard Cover zucchini & onion slices with water & add salt. Let stand 1 hour. Drain. Mix rest of ingredients & bring to boil. Pour over zucchini & onions. Let stand 1 hour. Bring to boil & cook 3 minutes.
