                  Sheepherder Inn's Classic Potato Salad

   2      lb            Red potatoes -- boiled, sliced
   2      c             Mayonnaise
   1      pn            White pepper
                        Salt -- to taste
     1/2  c             White onion -- chopped
   1      tb            Granulated garlic
   4                    Eggs -- hard cooked, chopped

Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley or minced green onions.
