MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Holiday Salad
 Categories: Greens, Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Citrus
      Yield: 14 Servings

     10 c  Romaine; torn
      2 md Red apples; cored, diced
      2 md Pear; cored, diced
      1 c  Ementhal (Swiss) cheese;
           - shredded
    1/2 c  Dried cranberries
      6 tb Lemon juice
      3 tb Canola oil
      3 tb Light corn syrup
  1 1/2 ts Grated onion
  1 1/2 ts Dijon mustard
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Lightly salted cashews;
           - chopped

  In a salad bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.

  For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, oil, corn syrup,
  onion, mustard, and salt. Pour over romaine mixture; toss to coat.
  Sprinkle with cashews.
