Add water and blend with a fork until it holds together. Shape into a ball. (can chill it here till ready to use) Mix filling ingredients together thoroughly. Divide dough into 6 pieces. Roll each on a floured board and then add about 1 cup ofthe filling. Add a teaspoon [meaning a spoon-sized pat] of Butter on top of each before covering with the dough.
