* Exported from MasterCook * Turkey-Pasta Salad Recipe By : Carl Berger Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Poultry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 c Wagon wheel or spiral pasta (2 c dry) -- cooked and drained 2 c Turkey or chicken strips - (8 oz) -- cooked 8 oz Can corn -- drained -OR- 1 c Frozen corn kernels -- thawed 1 lg Zucchini -- sliced 1/2", each - slice cut into quarters 1 lg Tomato -- cut into 1/2" 1 sm Red bell pepper -- cut into - chunks 1/2 c Cilantro or parsley -- chopped 3/4 c Pace picante sauce 1/3 c Reduced calorie creamy garlic - salad dressing 1/4 ts Salt (optional) Additional picante sauce - (optional) Combine the pasta, turkey, corn, zucchini, tomato, red bell pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl. Combine the picante sauce, dressing, and salt in a small bowl, mixing well to blend. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat all of the ingredients. Refrigerate.
