                           Crab & Cheese Salad

   6       oz           Frozen crab meat -OR-
   6       oz           Can crab -- drained
     1/2   c            Swiss cheese -- shredded
     1/4   c            Onion -- chopped
     1/4   c            Celery -- finely chopped
     1/4   c            Green bell pepper --
                        - finely chopped
   2                    Eggs -- hard boiled
     1/4   c            Mayonnaise
     1/4   c            French dressing or
                        - cocktail sauce
                        Salt -- to taste

  If using frozen crab, drain about half the liquid off.
  
  Combine all ingredients; chill and serve.
