* Exported from MasterCook * Party-Perfect Orange Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Oranges Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Pkg. orange gelatin -- (3 oz.) 2 C. boiling water 1 Pt. orange sherbet 1 Can mandarin oranges -- (11 oz.) Topping: 1 Can pineapple -- (16 oz.) well drained 1 Can mandarin oranges -- (11 oz.) well drained 1 C. flaked coconut 1 C. miniature marshmallows 1/2 Pt. sour cream Pour boiling water over gelatin, stir until blended and gelatin is dissolved. Stir in orange sherbet, blending well until melted. Add mandarin oranges and pour into ring mold. Place in refrigerator until set. To serve, unmold on a bed of lettuce and fill center with topping. Topping: In large bowl combine drained mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks with flaked coconut and marshmallows. Stir in sour cream until well blended.
