                   Creamy Chicken Salad With Nectarines

   3      c             Chicken -- cooked, diced
   3      c             Nectarines -- diced
   1      c             Celery -- thinly sliced
   1      tb            Green onion -- minced
   1      md            Orange -- juice of (1/3 c)
     1/2  ts            Salt -- or to taste
     1/8  ts            Fresh ground pepper
     1/2  c             Heavy cream -- whipped stiff
     1/2  c             Mayonnaise
                        Crisp greens
     1/4  c             Walnuts -- finely chopped

In a large bowl, combine chicken, nectarines, celery, onion, orange
juice, salt, and pepper; set aside. Lightly combine whipped cream and
mayonnaise and then fold into chicken mixture just to coat. Spoon
onto plates or bowls lined with greens. Sprinkle with walnuts.
