      Title: Broccoli Salad

      Yield: 8 Servings
 
MMMMM---------------------------SALAD--------------------------------
      1 lg Head broccoli
    1/2 c  Sweet onion; chopped
     10 sl Bacon

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
      3 tb Vinegar
    1/3 c  Mayonnaise
    1/3 c  Sugar
 
  Cook bacon in skillet. When crisp, remove from pan and drain on paper
  towels. Set aside.
  
  Wash broccoli, cut off stems and reserve for use with another recipe.
  Cut broccoli tops into bite-size pieces and place in a large serving
  bowl. Chop and measure onion, add to the broccoli in the bowl.
  Crumble the bacon over the bowl and then mix with the vegetables; set
  aside.
  
  In a small mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Just before
  serving, pour dressing over broccoli mixture; toss to coat.
