      Title: Cumin Salad
 Categories: Mexican, Salads
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
MMMMM---------------------------SALAD--------------------------------
      2 md Tomatoes; diced
    1/2 c  Onion; chopped
    1/2 c  Olives; sliced
    1/4 c  Cilantro; chopped; (or
           -parsley)
      2 c  Cabbage; shredded; (or
           -lettuce)

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
    1/4 c  Olive oil
      1    Lemon; juice of; (2 tb)
           Salt and pepper; to taste
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
      1 ts Dried sage; crumbled
    1/8 ts Garlic salt; (or garlic
           -powder)
 
  Layer tomatoes, onion, olives, cilantro and cabbage in a bowl.
  
  Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour over salad.
  Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
