MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chickpea Caesar Salad Categories: Salads, Vegan Yield: 6 Servings MMMMM---------------------------SALAD-------------------------------- Salad greens 1 cn Chickpeas; drained 1 ts Creole seasoning 1 tb Olive oil 1/2 c Vegan parmesan MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING------------------------------- 3 Cloves garlic 1/4 c Lemon juice 1 tb Dijon mustard 1 ts Maple syrup 1/4 c Tahini 3 tb Nutritional yeast 1 ts Sea salt 1 ts Black pepper 1/2 c Water Toss drained chickpeas in seasoning and oil and spread on baking sheet to roast for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Mix the peas halfway through with a spoon to make sure they roast evenly. Prepare the dressing in a blender until smooth.
