                  Salad With Zesty Vinaigrette Dressing

     3/4  c             Vegetable oil
     1/4  c             White wine vinegar
   1      ts            Salt
   1      ts            Dry mustard
     1/2  ts            Sugar
     1/2  ts            Garlic powder
   3      dr            Hot pepper sauce -- up to 4 dr
                        Salad greens
                        Bell peppers
                        Mushrooms
                        Tomatoes
                        Other egetables -- your choice

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first seven
ingredients and shake well. Toss salad greens and vegetables in a
large bowl or arrange on individual salad plates. Serve with
dressing.

Yield: 1 Cup
