* Exported from MasterCook * Summer Squash Salad Recipe By : Taste of Home Magazine, Jun/Jul 1995 Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 c Zucchini -- julienned 4 c Yellow squash -- julienned 2 c Radishes -- sliced 1 c Vegetable oil 1/3 c Cider vinegar 2 tb Dijon mustard 2 tb Parsley 1 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Dill weed 1/2 ts Pepper In a bowl, toss the zucchini, squash, and radishes. In a small bowl or jar with tight fitting lid, combine all remaining ingredients. Shake or mix well. Pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
