MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Rebellion Tomato Pesto Caprese Salad
 Categories: Vegetables, Cheese, Sauces
      Yield: 4 servings

      3    Rebellion tomatoes
      1 sm Red onion
      2    Mozzarella balls
      2 tb Green pesto
      A    Good glug of top quality
           - olive oil
      1 tb Capers
        sm Handful pitted black olives

  Slice the tomatoes horizontally into 1cm rounds. Peel
  and finely slice the red onion. Tear the mozzarella into
  small chunks, or cut into slices.

  On a large serving plate, arrange the tomatoes and
  mozzarella in a rustic manner and spoon over drops of
  pesto. Alternatively, mix the tomatoes and pesto
  together in a mixing bowl first. Season with salt and
  pepper to taste, drizzle with olive oil and scatter
  over the capers and olives.
