      1    Cucumber

MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
    1/2 c  Cream cheese
    1/2 ts Paprika
           A little watercress;
           - walnuts, sweet corn, or
           - whatever you like
 
  Slice the cucumber into 1" rounds. With a sharp knife, cut out most
  of the center. Set this aside. Fill the centers with the cream cheese
  mixture and arrange in a bowl.
