                           Corn Bread Stuffing

     1/4  c             Onions -- minced
     1/2  c             Butter -- melted
   1 1/2  qt            Corn bread crumbs --
                        - lightly packed
     3/4  ts            Salt
     1/2  ts            Poultry seasoning
   1      ts            Celery seed
   3      tb            Parsley -- minced
     1/8  ts            Pepper

simmer onions in butter until tender. Combine in a bowl, corn bread
crumbs, salt, poultry seasoning, celery seed, minced parsley, and
pepper. Add to onion mixture and heat well with out browning. Stir
frequently. Enough for a 4 lb bird.
