      Title: Breaded Cauliflower
 Categories: Five, Vegetables, Eggs, Breads, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings

      1    Cauliflower
      1 c  Italian bread crumbs
      2 lg Eggs; well beaten
    1/2 c  Butter
    1/4 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
           - (optional)

  If using cheese, mix it with bread crumbs.

  Cook (steam or boil) cauliflower and break off flowers. Coat with
  beaten egg and bread crumbs. Fry flowerets until golden brown.
