   1 1/2  Cups          salad oil
   6      Each          eggs -- beaten
   9      Cups          all-purpose flour -- sifted
   4 1/2  Cups          sugar
   4      Tablespoons   baking powder
   1      Tablespoon    salt
   3      Cups          milk, 1% lowfat
                        SPICY TOPPING -- see recipe

Combine salad oil, eggs, and milk. Sift together dry ingredients;add to m
ilk mixture; mix well.
Pour into greased pan. 

Sprinkle with spicy topping.
Bake at 375 Degrees for 25 minutes. (rotate after 10 minutes)
