MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Bacon & Egg Casserole Categories: Pork, Cheese, Dairy, Vegetables, Dairy Yield: 10 Servings 4 sl Bacon 18 lg Eggs 1 c Milk 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded 1 c Sour cream 1/4 c Green onions; sliced 1 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, cheese, sour cream, onions, salt, and pepper. Pour into a greased 13x9" baking dish. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, @ 325 F/165 C until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
