MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Breakfast Egg Muffins Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Cheese Yield: 12 Servings 1/2 lb Pork sausage 12 lg Eggs 1/2 c Onion; chopped 1/4 c Green pepper; chopped 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded Set oven @ 350 F/175 C. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add onion, green pepper, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir in sausage and cheese. Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into greased muffin cups. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
