OATMEAL-RAISIN PANCAKES Mix dry ingredients separately from wet ingredients, then mix it all together. Dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cups oatmeal 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg Wet ingredients: 1 egg white (I haven't tried egg replacer yet) 1 old banana (sometimes 2! - I like bananas) 1 Tbsp. honey 1 to 2 cups nonfat milk (to consistency) (haven't tried soy milk yet) 1/2 cup raisins [not sure why raisins are "wet" vs "dry"]
