      Title: Cornmeal Pancakes

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 c  Water; boiling
      1 c  Corn meal
      1 tb Sugar
      1 ts Salt
      2    Eggs
      3 tb Oil
      1 c  Flour
      3 ts Baking powder
      1 c  Milk
 
  Pour boiling water over corn meal. Add (sugar), salt. Let cool.
  Stir in beaten eggs and oil. In separate bowl mix flour and baking
  powder. Add to corn meal alternately with the milk. Beat until
  smooth. Cook on hot griddle.
