MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Buttermilk Pancakes
 Categories: Breads, Dairy
      Yield: 30 Pancakes

      4 c  A-P flour
    1/4 c  Sugar
      2 ts Baking soda
      2 ts Salt
  1 1/2 ts Baking powder
      4 lg Eggs; room temperature
      4 c  Buttermilk

  In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and
  baking powder. In another bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk until
  blended; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

  Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn
  when bubbles form on top. Cook until second side is golden brown.
