Quinoa Breakfast 1/2 c Water 1/4 c Quinoa 1/4 c Steel-cut oats 1/4 c Crushed pineapple or - pineapple juice 1 tb Blackstrap molasses Currants or raisins; to taste Rinse the grains. Boil then simmer the quinoa in water and molasses for 10 minutes. Add the oats and fruit and simmer for another 15 minutes. Enjoy!
