      Title: Golden Buttermilk Waffles

      Yield: 16 Servings

  1 3/4 c  A-P flour
      1 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Salt
      2 lg Eggs; room temperature
      2 c  Buttermilk
    1/3 c  Oil

           Fresh strawberries; sliced
           Strawberry syrup
           Whipped cream

  In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and
  salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs; add buttermilk and oil. Stir
  into dry ingredients just until combined.

  Bake in a preheated waffle maker according to manufacturer's
  directions until golden brown. If desired, serve with sliced fresh
  strawberries, syrup, and whipped cream.
