* Exported from MasterCook * EASY MINI-SALMON BURGERS Recipe By : Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Seafood Main Dish Appetizers Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 7 1/2 oz Salmon, canned 4 oz Saltines, finely crushed 1 Onion, finely diced 1 Egg 1 tb Lemon juice 2 ts Dill 2 ts Pepper Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown. Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers.
