* Exported from MasterCook * BROCCOLI CASSEROLE Recipe By : Country decorating ideas magazine -- Spring 1990 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Broccoli Casseroles Onions Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 packages (10-oz.) frozen broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs, beaten 2 medium Vidalia onions 1 package Ritz crackers 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Add soup, beaten eggs, onions and margarine. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese and crackers. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4.
